Training that's smarter by design

Eureka's training approach is based on the saying, "Give a man a fish and you'll feed him for a day. But teach him how to fish and he'll never go hungry again." So where most training workshops stop at telling you want to do, Eureka training workshops show you how to think - more strategically, more creatively and more effectively.

What we're told we forget but what we do we understand

Most training is information based and so tends to go in one ear and out the other. But Eureka training workshops are designed to be more practical and each one is structured around the 3 Es of Example, Explanation and Exercise.

  • Examples demonstrate that all the knowledge and insights included in the workshops are proven to work in the real world of sales and marketing.
  • Explanations make sure that you fully understand the principles in play.
  • Exercise really drive the learning home and give you the opportunity to apply the learning to your own business.

As Einstein said, "It's very easy to complicate something but very difficult to simplify it." So we've put a lot of thought into the design of the workshops so that learning is simple to understand and then easy to do when you apply it to your own sales and marketing. After all, the more we thought we put into the training, the more benefit you can take out of it.

Your workshop leader and course creator is Bob Maddams, who as well as being a highly experienced marketing communications professional is also a City & Guilds qualified business skills trainer and guest workshop leader at the University of Sussex Business School..
